Kick off meeting

On 25th November 2020 was held a kick off meeting of the Embrace Nature project through the zoom platform with all project partners. The project is funded by Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Bulgaria-Serbia Programme 2014 – 2020.

The leading partner is the municipality of Bobov Dol (Bulgaria), in partnership with Public Utility Company "Mediana" Niš (Serbia) and Students Media World Association (Bulgaria). All project objectives, expected results and activities are towards nature protection and are designed to support the preservation of environmental resources in the border region and building an eco-mindset in the local population. The project duration is 24 months.

The project's various actions include: educational campaign, exchange of experience and good practices, development of educational platform, development of mid-term management plan, interventions for preservation and restoration of ecosystems in the CB area. Representatives of all project partners attended the meeting and information on the tasks completed and the new planned activities were discussed.
